I’m John Tejananda Wakeman
I’ve been practising meditation and dharma since the mid-70s and teaching, leading and supporting retreats at Vajraloka and at other retreat centres in the UK and worldwide since 1995. I am a member of the Triratna Buddhist Order (formerly Western Buddhist Order), ordained by Sangharakshita in 1980.
All of my retreats and workshops aim to go deeper into aspects of Sangharakshita’s practical dharma teaching, particularly his system of meditation. They are aimed at people who have at least several years of meditation and dharma experience and who wish to deepen their engagement with the principles and practices that Sangharakshita taught.

If you’d like to be added to my mailing list, please email me at tejananda.online[at]yahoo.com – replacing [at] with an @ of course!
I’m also happy to offer short meditation reviews or longer-term practice mentoring online. Email me at the above address if you’d like to have a chat about either of these possibilities.
